We are a friendly, family run business seeking a part-time Office Administrator to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, confident using computers and comfortable communicating with customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices
- Chase outstanding payments
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Handle customer queries
- Carry out general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Requirements
- Computer literate and confident using office software
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Previous admin experience essential
