Essential person specification requirements The essential requirements for the role are as follows. Qualifications Educated to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and/or 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above). Experience Administrative experience in a busy, target-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve complex issues.

Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with implementing organisational policies and maintaining accurate documentation. Knowledge & Awareness Understanding of how effective administration supports departmental and organisational objectives. Awareness of customer care principles and professional limitations.

Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent IT and data management skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure. Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical abilities.

Team player with a proactive, flexible approach and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrates emotional resilience, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
