Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and growing organisation. The Finance Operations Support Coordinator plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of the finance team. You will work alongside a small, collaborative team and contribute to the smooth running of routine finance processes, you will handle transactional entries, complete bank reconciliations, and respond to general financial queries.

Responsibilities and Duties

Process Invoices across multiple companies within the group, adapting to differing procedures for each entity.

Handle routine payment runs, supplier invoice checks, and basic credit control follow-ups to ensure accounts remain up to date.

Prepare supporting documents and schedules for internal reviews, management reporting and other periodic finance updates.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Management Accountant to support the overall functioning of the finance team.

Support the finance team with day-to-day processing, including raising invoices, posting receipts, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

Skills, Qualifications And Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proven experience within a finance support role.

Ideally have background knowledge in Healthcare / Multisite Environments.

Preferred experience with systems such as Xero, Found, or Planday.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
