Contract: Term-time only, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Our R.E.A.L. region is expanding and we are on a mission to support as many young people as possible to re-engage them into education because we believe that every child has a future. To enable us to continue fulfilling our mission, we are looking for someone who is passionate and innovative in their approach to education to join our Referral & Intervention team in Mansfield. This new role will be to support new students' who are working towards their journey back in education by understanding how we can adapt our environment to suit their educational aspirations. It will be your responsibility to make sure that their R.E.A.L. journey is not only engaging but also opens their path to success. Our Referral and Intervention team are pinnacle in making sure the REAL curriculum is accurately implemented on a timeline that suits each individual child and young person. Skills and Qualifications
We Need
We are on the search for an experienced Teaching Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career and has experience of working with children and young people who have complex additional needs such as ADHD, Autism and SEN super powers. You need to hold a minimum level 3 in an education, health or social care qualification and the ability to positively engage our learners.
We need someone who understands that there is no one-size fits all solution for all learners in education and are willing to go that extra mile to support our learners who sometimes, have had significant breaks away from education and are anxious in their return to learning. Our learners need someone who is supportive of their individual learning needs, is passionate about education and invested in supporting our belief that every child has a future.

There is a need to be able to travel between sites within the specified locality to support and engage with young people as required. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for transporting them to various locations.
