Creative Designer at WatchHouse.
In short: The Creative Designer is responsible for bringing the WatchHouse brand identity to life across print, digital, packaging and campaign assets. You will transform briefs into beautifully crafted designs that inspire, engage, and reflect our values.

Working closely with the Creative Lead and the wider marketing team, you'll ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints — from packaging and menus to social content and campaigns.

Directly reports into (Line Manager):
Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand asset design: develop and maintain core brand assets including menus, POS, packaging, presentations, NHO signage, and campaign collateral.
  • Campaign execution: translate creative concepts and campaigns into design outputs across digital, print, and Houses, ensuring consistency with brand direction.
  • Digital design: create engaging visuals for email campaigns, paid social, app comms, and website assets that drive guest engagement and retention.
  • Production-ready artwork: prepare high-quality artwork for both print and digital, liaising with suppliers and ensuring files meet technical specs.
  • Internal & investor communications: design materials for internal comms, investor packs, and leadership presentations.
  • Asset management: manage and organise a centralised library of brand assets, ensuring easy access, accuracy, and consistent application across teams.
  • Visual merchandising: lead (and support ops) with merchandising standards across Houses.
  • Brand guardianship: own brand guidelines and ensure all activity remains consistent, aligned, and on-brand.

Key To This Role

  • 4+ years in a design role with experience across both print and digital.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned design craft.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma preferred
  • Creative flair and passion for lifestyle, design, and creating content that builds cultural relevance.
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to interpret feedback constructively.
  • Deliver projects on time, under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
  • Bring trend awareness and cultural insight into the creative process.
  • A custodian of the WatchHouse brand, you handle issues with intelligence and care.
