As a key member of Binance's Global Creative Team, the Creative Designer will produce world-class, compelling design work tailored for both APAC and Chinese audiences. You will localize and scale global campaigns, delivering creative assets across digital, social, events, OOH, merchandise, and more in a fast paced environment.
This role requires close collaboration with global and local teams, supporting Binance's brand growth in Asia and beyond. You will also mentor interns and junior designers and act as the creative point of contact for local marketing teams in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Creative Design Delivery:
- Interpret creative briefs to produce best-in-class design assets for Asia and global campaigns, including key visuals, social media, digital marketing, events, and OOH.
- Follow and translate creative direction into compelling, on-brand designs for daily, weekly, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with design leads, project managers, copywriters, and senior designers to deliver integrated creative campaigns.
- Act as the creative liaison for local marketing teams in Greater China and Asia, leading regional creative efforts.
- Continuously challenge and innovate design approaches to elevate Binance's brand presence.
- Localization & Campaign Scaling:
- Localize and adapt global creative assets for Asian markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
- Design, localise and mass produce paid advertising campaign assets.
- Support acquisition and retention teams by delivering engaging digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance insights and apply learnings to optimize creative output.
- Stay updated on competitor activity, brand trends, and social media design innovations.
- Creative Operations & Team Collaboration:
- Assist in defining and improving creative workflows and processes with design leads and program managers.
- Work closely with global and regional marketing, social media, events, and campaign teams to ensure a consistent omni-channel brand experience.
- Manage daily tasks independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and support onboarding of new team members.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies and freelancers to deliver creative projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Binance's global and Asia marketing teams to align creative vision.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in graphic, brand, or digital design.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a designer in a global business or agency environment, preferably in fast-paced sectors like crypto, lifestyle, sports, or fashion.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative assets under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma; knowledge of 3D software and generative AI tools is a plus.
- Experience in the end-to-end design process: concept, development, production, and delivery. Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working with third-party agencies and managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with task and project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
