Overview & Primary Outcomes

As a Creative Strategist within Incubeta's Creative Team, you will sit at the intersection of creativity, data, and business impact. You will shape and drive creative effectiveness across multiple digital channels, ensuring campaigns deliver against both brand and performance goals.

Your role blends strategic storytelling with analytical rigour, helping clients understand not just what creative looks good, but why it works and how it drives measurable ROI. From campaign ideation through localisation and optimisation, you will guide creative decisions with a foundation in audience insights, platform best practices, and predictive performance data.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume, multi-market delivery, balancing bold creative ideas with commercial thinking and data-backed insight.

Key Responsibilities

Creativel Strategy & Innovation:

  • Develop integrated creative strategies that are business-outcome driven, tying creative to growth, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with media, data, and creative teams to translate insights into storytelling frameworks across programmatic display, paid social, CRM, and video.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging AI, automation, and DCO for personalised, scalable creative.
  • Ensure all creative strategy is relevant and aligned with different markets and cultures

Creative Effectiveness:

  • Partner with other teams to interrogate data and extract insights that inform creative development.
  • Conduct structured creative performance reviews, presenting insights to clients in a compelling narrative that connects creative to commercial results.
  • Develop and refine dashboards and reporting frameworks for tracking creative impact, highlighting trends, optimisations, and predictive insights
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, designing A/B tests and experiments that balance creative risk-taking with evidence-based iteration.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the strategic voice in client conversations, presenting not only creative solutions but also the business rationale and data story behind them.
  • Develop clear, concise strategic reports and presentations, turning complex performance data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Support Project Managers and Traffic in ensuring predictive planning, balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term creative roadmaps.
  • Ability to frame creative recommendations in terms of business impact and value creation, not just marketing theory.
  • Can prioritise markets, campaigns, or creative routes based on financial impact, resource cost, and return potential.
  • Capable of distilling complex data and creative trade-offs into executive-level messaging for ExCo or client leadership.

Growth & Performance:

  • Manages commercial conversations, as well as identifies and pursues opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding the scope of existing services to maximise revenue and enhance client satisfaction
  • Leverage your network for lead generation through building relationships, event attendance, speaking opps, content creation
  • Using your expertise to support the new business team in developing winning pitch strategies.
  • Collaborates with other teams to encourage and help them to sell creative services to their clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Sets, models and maintains a team culture focused on curiosity, growth and innovation, encouraging knowledge sharing, collaboration and a proactive approach to idea generation.
  • Identifies and supports opportunities for team members to excel outside of their day to day roles where this contributes to their career progression and provides a business benefit to the team or wider company.
  • Ensures managers within the team are effective and feel supported, and that all team members are engaged, high performing and making good progress against their career goals.

Incubeta pay industry benchmark salaries. Salary is reviewed on a regular basis and can increase as you progress along your career path. We also offer additional performance related bonuses, so we can be found above the industry benchmark on pay alone.
