Job Description:

  • We are hiring a
    Payments Product Owner
    with strong
    techno-functional expertise
    to lead solution design and delivery in the
    global banking and treasury services domain
    . This role is ideal for someone who can bridge
    business
    and
    technology
    , influence senior stakeholders, and drive payments transformation in a complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive functional and technical solutions for payments.
  • Work with global stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Translate high-level business needs into clear, detailed requirements.
  • Support Agile teams in delivering scalable and compliant payment solutions.
  • Manage collaboration across regions, vendors, and onshore-offshore teams.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 12+ years in the
    payments domain
    as a techno-functional expert / Product Owner.
  • Strong knowledge of
    payment systems
    – SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET2, BACS, CHAPS, etc.
  • Expertise in
    ISO20022
    and other payment standards.
  • Hands-on experience in
    Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps)
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
