The Role
As a Senior 360 Permanent Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Join a growing team and help expand its presence in the USA market.
- Place high-value permanent technology roles across the US, partnering with established clients while also building your own portfolio.
- Play a key role in developing recruitment processes, best practices, and shaping the team's approach.
- Collaborate in a performance-driven environment with clear growth ambitions.
About You
We are looking for ambitious recruiters who want more than "just another desk" and are motivated by the chance to be part of a growing team attacking a major market.
You will bring:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in 360° Permanent Technology recruitment, ideally with exposure to international/USA clients.
- A strong track record of billing success and client relationship management.
- A proactive, consultative approach to Business Development with the drive to make an impact.
- Ambition to grow into leadership and help scale the USA permanent technology team.
