What will you be doing as Customer Onboarding Specialist Team Leader

  • Drive team performance by monitoring daily results and ensuring targets are met.
  • Lead daily huddles and deliver real-time coaching to inspire excellence.
  • Identify and implement tactical improvements in sales and service delivery.
  • Analyse performance data to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor team members, support development plans, and nurture talent.
  • Act as the go-to contact for operational queries and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to grow partner accounts and boost conversions.
  • Support company sales initiatives and revenue growth campaigns.
  • Provide regular feedback and contribute to performance reviews.
  • Ensure process consistency, service quality, and compliance standards.
  • Foster a high-performing, positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability.
  • Step up as deputy for the Team Manager when required to maintain strong leadership and continuity.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a sales or service leadership role, ideally within estate agency, conveyancing, or property services.
  • A track record of driving team performance and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities focused on team growth and development.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and motivating others.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and external partners.
