You will design and execute the market selection process, oversee the launch of new territories, and build a system of high-performing launch squads to ensure successful and repeatable expansions.As the first dedicated leader in this function, you will have the autonomy to shape the international expansion strategy, build the team, and create scalable playbooks that enable rapid growth across regions including North and South America, Europe, and Asia.This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing, well-funded digital healthcare business with proven product-market fit in key markets like the UK, Australia, Germany, and Japan.
