This Senior Account Manager role is a 12-month FTC, offering the opportunity to work across healthcare, pharma and medtech accounts that rely on clear, compliant and meaningful communication. You'll help turn complex clinical and technical information into accessible marketing campaigns that support patients, clinicians and healthcare communities. Working with strategy, digital and creative teams, this Senior Account Manager position suits someone who wants to deliver purposeful health communication and make an immediate impact.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day delivery across healthcare, pharmaceutical and medtech projects. You'll manage campaigns such as HCP engagement content, digital tools, patient information assets and disease awareness initiatives.

You'll write clear marketing briefs, collaborate with creative, medical and digital specialists, and ensure work meets regulatory requirements and quality standards. You'll maintain open communication with clients, monitor timelines, manage budgets and ensure projects run smoothly.

You'll support planning around healthcare milestones such as congress activities, clinical updates and product communication cycles. You'll also help identify opportunities to enhance programmes and contribute positively to the agency's collaborative culture. Throughout your 12-month FTC as a Senior Account Manager, you'll help clients feel informed, supported and confident in every stage of delivery.

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Marketing agency experience within healthcare, pharma, medtech or another regulated setting.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing healthcare projects such as HCP materials, patient content, digital assets or awareness campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret scientific, medical or technical information and translate it into practical briefs.
  • Comfortable managing communication across marketing, medical and regulatory teams.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, digital and production.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and multiple timelines.
  • Clear communication skills and strong organisation.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Synergist is helpful but not essential.
  • Occasional UK travel for quarterly meet-ups, with reasonable accommodations available.
