Join our ambitious growth marketing team, where you'll find a supportive, people-first culture backed by significant budgets and strong leadership. Here, good ideas are listened to, quality is valued, and your work can make a real, measurable difference in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
You'll be someone who lives and breathes words, a talented writer who can craft clear, persuasive copy that connects with customers, while also meeting compliance standards. As our Senior Growth Marketing and SEO Executive, you'll produce outstanding content for the website, marketing materials, and prospect communications. Combining creative flair with a solid understanding of online content performance, you'll ensure everything you create not only engages but delivers measurable results.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
- Produce engaging, accurate, and scalable website copy and marketing collateral in English, coordinating with the web and digital teams to update CMS accordingly.
- Create high-quality, SEO and GEO-friendly content for the website, including country pages and healthcare hubs, aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
- Stay informed on industry trends and adjust content strategies to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Develop end-to-end email nurturing campaigns, including copy, analysing performance data, and testing ideas for optimisation.
- Create KPI-driven ad copy for performance marketing campaigns and manage translations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with web and digital teams to analyse content performance using tools like GA4 and refine content based on insights.
- Work closely with marketing, design, web, and content teams to execute SEO, GEO, and content strategies cohesively.
- Communicate progress and results effectively with team members and stakeholders to support broader marketing initiatives.
Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we're able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you're interested in joining us at AXA, please don't hesitate to apply.
What you'll bring:
- Proven ability to write and produce engaging, customer-facing marketing copy that delivers results.
- Good understanding of SEO and GEO KPIs, with experience in link building strategies.
- Experience within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Comfortable using analytics tools such as GA4 to track and interpret campaign performance.
- Skilled in analysing data to inform and optimise marketing decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative and culturally curious, with a talent for uncovering audience insights to inform content planning.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
