Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager based out of De Vere Wokefield Estate which is located just outside of Reading, Berkshire.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth in conference and events sales.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in conference and events sales including proven experience in new business development and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Good commercial awareness - Understanding of the link between sales and profitability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- This role will involve visiting our clients across the UK so a full driving licence and own transport are essential
