We're looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced fashion environment and play a key role in shaping the brand narrative through influencer and media engagement.

The Role

As our Communications Assistant, you'll support the team in delivering innovative influencer and media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Reporting directly to the Communications Executive and Senior Communications Manager, you'll be immersed in all aspects of the communications function - from influencer relations to creative mailers and event support. • Coordinate samples, deliveries, and support influencer or media events.
  • Help compile performance reports and deliver on agreed KPIs.
  • Contribute creative ideas, industry insights, and trend updates to the team.
  • Manage general administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.
About You

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes fashion, with a finger firmly on the pulse of social, influencer, and lifestyle trends. You'll bring creativity, organisation, and a genuine passion for communications.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in PR, marketing, or communications (in-house or agency) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisation and time-management, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, social media, and wider cultural trends (music, beauty, arts, film).
Why Join Us?

At Karen Millen, you'll be part of a passionate, creative, and supportive team that values fresh ideas and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in fashion communications and make a tangible impact on a global brand.
