Account Manager – Fast-Track Role Progression in a Rapidly Growing Marketing Team

The Role:

This is a fully remote, full-time role (40 hours/week) with full flexibility. As long as your clients are happy and things you're helping them achieve great results, you're in charge of your schedule and how you plan your day. We don't track hours or hover, we hire adults and let them get on with it.

You'll be the strategic lead and relationship anchor for several exciting client accounts (this may vary between 4-8 clients depending on size of clients and workload.) We never want people to be stretched thin as it's important you're able to do your best work.

That means understanding your clients goals, coordinating with our internal media team, and bringing proactive ideas to drive results. Think less "reactive project manager" and more "mini-CMO meets strategist meets vibe curator."

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the client relationship - be their go-to partner, not just a point of contact
• Lead onboarding and help shape each client's strategy from day one
• Regularly review ad performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, GA4, Shopify, and more
• Spot challenges early and work with media buyers to fix them fast
• Join weekly Slack check-ins and calls to keep everyone in sync
• Build real relationships with clients and make them feel genuinely supported
• Bring proactive ideas to the table, not just reports, but "here's what we're doing next and why"
• Help the team grow by contributing to playbooks, process improvements, and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For:

• You've got some hands-on marketing experience (agency or brand side, even better if both), ads, analytics, or email
• You're comfortable looking through ad performance data and drawing clear takeaways
• You've used GA4, Shopify, ClickUp, Slack, or similar tools
• You think like a founder, you spot opportunities, not just tasks
• You're naturally curious and figure things out without being spoon-fed
• You communicate clearly, confidently, and with positive energy
• You're not afraid to take smart risks, learn quickly, and move fast. We actively failure, (if we're not failing, we're not learning) as long as you learn quick and move forward
• Bonus points if you've built something yourself (a website, a store, a side hustle, we love that)
