What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure appropriate governance and decision making in line with UK Gambling Commission expectations and internal UK Compliance Committee structure
- Conduct and contribute to regular risk assessments, updating risk registers and identifying appropriate key risk indicators
- Monitor UK and Gibraltar gambling regulations, directives, and industry codes of practice; ensure changes are understood and implemented
- Develop, update, improve and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure company's operations adhere to applicable UK and Gibraltar requirements
- Provide guidance to first line teams and product teams in the interpretation of compliance requirements
- Keep up to date with changes to the relevant legislation, regulations, LCCP and industry best practice
- Conduct, or oversee, periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Advise on investigations into potential compliance/risk incidents
Who We Are Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in a compliance, legal, or other risk management roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft and maintain documentation as well as develop and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to consume data to inform recommendations
- Competent with using Microsoft Office
