Compliance, Governance & Public Sector Frameworks Manager
QuantumLoopAI | Hybrid, London | Full-Time
QuantumLoopAI builds EMMA, a DTAC-certified AI receptionist used by NHS GP surgeries to handle patient calls instantly and improve access. We are scaling nationally and need a specialist to lead NHS compliance, governance, and procurement frameworks.
Role Overview
Own all regulatory, governance, and public-sector procurement work. Lead DTAC, DSPT, SCAL, and clinical safety submissions. Manage G-Cloud and other NHS procurement frameworks. Maintain governance, IG, and documentation standards that support national deployment.
Core Responsibilities:
NHS Digital Compliance
- Lead DTAC, DSPT, SCAL, DCB0129/0160 submissions
- Maintain clinical safety documentation
- Oversee DPIAs, IG requirements, and security obligations
- Act as primary compliance contact for NHS bodies
Public Sector Procurement Frameworks
- Drive all submissions for G-Cloud and related frameworks
- Manage DOS, SBS, DPS, and ICB procurement requirements
- Produce bid-ready documentation and maintain a reusable content library
- Handle clarifications, audits, and ongoing compliance
Governance & Internal Frameworks
- Maintain policies, risk registers, DPIAs, and governance controls
- Support progress toward ISO 27001/13485
- Build scalable internal governance processes
Information Governance & Data Protection
- Manage ROPA, IAR, DPAs, and DPIA workflows
- Support customer DPIAs and respond to IG queries
Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent the company to NHS England, ICBs, procurement teams, and integration partners
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for internal teams
Essential Experience
- G-Cloud or similar public-sector procurement submissions
- NHS digital compliance (DTAC, DSPT, SCAL, DCB0129/0160)
- Governance, IG, risk, and compliance documentation
- Strong technical writing and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly Desirable
- Experience with SBS, DOS, DPS
- Background in healthtech or digital health
- Familiarity with ISO 27001/13485
- Knowledge of AI governance
