What will you do?

• Oversee daily shift responsibilities of waiters and supervisors
• Support with the training, development, motivation, and monitoring of team members
• Appropriately address all guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate knowledge of all restaurant and menu information
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory of stock
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence
