Let's be upfront: this is a role for someone who actually likes outbound. Not someone "willing to give it a go." If you've spent the last few years turning cold strangers into warm conversations and you rate yourself at it, you'll probably enjoy working with us.CH4B helps UK SME owners grow their businesses through a coaching-led ecosystem and a proven strategy framework. The demand is strong, we just need a sharp SDR to keep the pipeline moving.

What the job actually involves:

You'll be booking video discovery calls with business owners, real decision-makers, not gatekeepers. Most are running companies between £500k and £20m. They don't have time for waffle, so you'll need to be highly personable and know how to get to the point quickly.Your week will be a mix of:

  • high-volume cold calling,
  • targeted email and LinkedIn outreach,
  • working warm data we provide,
  • and importantly generating some of your own opportunities.If you've done proper outbound before, you know the drill.

What you get:

We're not shy about comp. High performers should be paid like high performers.
• £35,000 base salary

  • £100 for every qualified appointment (once they attend)
  • Realistic OTE: £65k+
  • +25% commission once you hit your agreed monthly target
  • Fully remote
  • CRM, sequencing tools and dialler provided
  • A clear route to move up: SDR → AE or SDR LeadWe're a coaching-led business, so you'll get proper support and honest feedback not micromanagement.

  • can handle objections without hiding behind a script,
  • know how to speak to business owners in a way they respond positively to.
