CH4B – Central Hub 4 Business:

We're hiring a Senior Outbound SDR to book high-quality discovery calls with UK SME business owners for our coaching-led CH4B membership programmes.This is a fully remote, high-performance outbound role for SDRs with 3–5 years B2B cold outreach experience

The Package:

  • £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • £100 commission per qualified booked appointment
  • OTE £65,000+
  • +25% commission accelerator after hitting monthly target
  • Fully remote
  • Tech stack included: CRM, sequencer, dialler
  • Clear progression: SDR → AE or SDR Lead

The Role:

You will:

  • Book 5+ qualified appointments per week
  • Run high-volume outbound calls, email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Work cold/warm data provided
  • Self-source pipeline
  • Speak confidently with business owners (£500k–£20m turnover)
  • Use CRM and sequencing tools to manage follow-ups
  • Generate consistent, high-quality discovery calls for our coaching team

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years proven outbound SDR experience
  • Strong cold-calling, objection handling and multi-channel outreach skills
  • High activity discipline
  • Confident communication with senior decision-makers
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding appointment targets
  • Motivated self-starter who enjoys outbound work
