With approximately 130 employees based across 4 regional hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we create value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. The purpose of this role is to lead a team of analysts to provide timely and accurate OPEX forecasts as well as managing budgets across Sales, Marketing and Advertising for EMEIA.
Description
You will play a key leadership role coordinating your team to produce the OPEX spend forecast, in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. To be successful, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have a good understanding of the business. A high degree of attention to detail will be key in order to produce accurate forecasts and drive a smooth quarter-end close. Knowledge and understanding of simple accounting concepts is beneficial. Great communication and collaboration is essential when working with cross-functional teams across the business. As a team leader you will be responsible for training, coaching and supporting your team of analysts, inspiring them to embrace continuous improvement and adopt new ways of working, whilst always ensuring compliance and standardisation is retained.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.
- Demonstrable success leading and developing teams.
- Highly analytical, with ability to offer solutions based recommendations.
- Accomplished presentation skills, being able to tell your story in a structured way.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Degree level education
Preferred Qualifications
- Innovative team based player, with forward-thinking approach that strives for operational improvements.
- An additional language an advantage.
- Experience using Tableau is a plus
Accountancy qualification preferred.
