Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retrofit Contracts Manager located in Romford. The Retrofit Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing retrofit projects, overseeing installation teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, liaising with clients, maintaining project schedules, and conducting quality assurance inspections. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, preferably in the construction or retrofit industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including PAS 2030/2035 and MCS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Ability to work on-site in Romford
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field
- Proficiency with project management software and tools is a plus
- Commitment to health and safety practices
