We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Painting and Decorating Contracts Manager to lead our team and look after several projects in London. These include decorations to Housing residential projects and Fit out office projects long term and short term programmes

Duties

  • Oversee all decorating projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design choices.
  • Manage a team of decorators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules and resources to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of decorating supplies and equipment, ensuring all materials are available for projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Travel to various locations as required for site assessments and project management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a decorating or design management role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
  • Proficiency in painting techniques and knowledge of various decorating styles.
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments
