We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Retrofit Contract Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced professional to take ownership of multiple retrofit projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery and completion
  • Manage contracts, budgets, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the internal delivery team
  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance
  • Maintain health and safety practices in line with industry regulations
  • Offer technical guidance and ensure adherence to PAS 2030/2035 and MCS standards
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project and contract management, particularly within retrofit projects
  • In-depth knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and MCS accreditation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • NVQ Level 6 or Degree qualified
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Ability to work on-site in Romford

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £65,000.00 per year
