Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Our client is seeking a proactive
HR Advisor
to join their collaborative team, an exciting opportunity to influence and shape HR practices, build great relationships and develop your career.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and absence.
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks and letters.
  • Support the HR Director on exciting HR projects.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
  • CIPD Level 3 (ideally or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
