Do you have a passion for HR? Are you driven by seeing others succeed and progress? We are looking for qualified and capable HR Advisor, who has the desire to implement progressive and notable changes across a business. As the HR Advisor you will be supportinga well-established HR team who are eager and willing to develop and coach you to success
You will be working for a amazing food catering business who provide nutritious food to over 300 schools and is focused on feeding more students, better food. This position is an initial 12 month FTC however, there is a strong possibility of this becominga permanent fixture within the business.
In this role you will:
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR and ER policies and procedures.
- Take control of the absence management and highlight any anomalies or trends.
- Support with training, development, pay reviews and benefits.
