Duties

  • Develop, curate, and manage published content across all social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to align messaging and maximise outreach
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns that support organisational goals and initiatives
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations
  • Manage scheduling tools to ensure timely posting of content across platforms
  • Assist in managing online reputation by addressing any negative feedback professionally

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate or organisational setting
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences
  • Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or similar platforms
  • Ability to analyse data from social media analytics tools to inform strategy development
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
