Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to join our growing team across The Beauty Nest (luxury beauty salon) and Health Nest (healthy salad, juice & coffee bar).

The ideal candidate loves digital content, beauty, food trends, and social media storytelling.

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience creating engaging content for two exciting lifestyle brands.

Suitable for full-time staff or interns looking to build their portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging written AND visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes)
  • Capture photos of treatments, products, food, coffee and day-to-day activities
  • Manage daily social media posting and scheduling
  • Monitor comments, messages and community engagement
  • Conduct research for trending topics in beauty, wellness, food and lifestyle
  • Work with management to plan content calendars and marketing campaigns
  • Analyse engagement metrics and suggest improvements
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain strong brand identity
  • Assist with public relations, promotions and brand storytelling

Requirements

  • Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
  • Strong writing ability with excellent grammar and attention to detail
  • Confident with Instagram, TikTok and social media trends
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot or similar)
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for beauty + wellness brands
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset with passion for beauty, wellness and healthy food
  • Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design is a bonus
  • Degree is NOT essential — creativity and results matter more
