Job description

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated call centre staff for our flagship clinic in London, based in Earls Court. Este London is a large team of 30 people and support staff and we have over 30 treatment rooms and are looking to further expand at this facility with the role of call centre staff due to ongoing demand for our treatments and services.

Call centre experience is a must in the UK and any previous experience in aesthetics' including lasers treatments, skin treatments and body treatments would be a strong benefit

Experience of customer management and telephony skills is a must

Ideally 1-2 years experience in a similar environment.

Detailed training will be provided

Undergraduate education would be a preference

NVQ level 4 would be a benefit

Pay shall be discussed during interview depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
