This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly identify the nature of a call to ensure it is directed appropriately.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly mannerGather accurate and relevant information from callersRecord call details clearly and efficientlyIdentify calls that fall outside the teams remit and provide appropriate signposting to the correct department or serviceMaintain high levels of customer service at all timesWork collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth call handling and customer experienceAbout You:Strong communication and listening skillsConfident telephone mannerAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail and accuracyReliable and able to commit to the full duration of the contractPrevious call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essentialTPBN1_UKTJ
