Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Vocational Qualification Assessor. The assessor will evaluate learners' competencies, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that learners meet the required standards for vocational qualifications. Responsibilities include planning and conducting assessments, maintaining accurate records, supporting learners through their qualification journey, and adhering to internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and guide learners.
  • Proficiency in maintaining organized records and managing documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Relevant vocational or industry experience in Leadership and Management, Health and Social Care, Health and Safety, or related fields.
  • Assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA, or equivalent) is required; IQA certification is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry standards.
