Role Description

We have part time and full time vacancies, for an on-site position for an Enrolment Administrator, located in Edinburgh. The Enrolment Administrator will handle administrative duties related to enrolling students, ensuring accurate documentation, managing schedules, and providing exceptional support to learners. Key tasks include maintaining organized records, responding to inquiries, assisting with training logistics, and coordinating with tutors to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and record-keeping
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing inquiries and interacting with students
  • Familiarity with IT tools, databases, and software for documentation and coordination
  • Customer support experience, with the ability to provide guidance and resolve issues efficiently
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to support operational needs
  • Previous experience in training, or administrative roles is a plus
