Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support services, conducting troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance on equipment, and addressing customer needs with professionalism and efficiency. The role requires regular travel to client locations to maintain and repair equipment in line with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to assist and communicate effectively with clients
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a field-based schedule
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel for on-site services
  • Experience working in the food service industry or with coffee, vending, bakery, or refrigeration equipment is a plus
  • Relevant technical certifications or vocational training is an advantage
