Our client is looking for a
Supported Living Manager
to lead a vibrant, person-centred service supporting seven autistic adults in Rochester.
About the Role
As a Supported Living Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering high-quality care and empowering both your team and the individuals you support.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team including an Assistant Manager, three Team Leaders, and specialist support staff.
- Oversee a 24/7 supported living service operating on a 3-week rolling rota.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and person-centred environment where tenants can live fulfilling, independent lives.
- Build positive relationships with tenants, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the CQC Registered Operations Manager, Senior Management, and Quality & Compliance teams to maintain outstanding standards.
About You
You're a confident, visible leader who thrives in a people-focused environment. You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience
coaching and developing care teams. - Strong knowledge of the
Care Act
,
Health and Social Care Act
, and frameworks such as
Safeguarding
,
DoLS
,
MCA
, and
Best Interest
processes. - A
Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
(or working towards). - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
