The Role
As
Technical Project Manager
, you'll lead the planning and execution of the technical elements of live events, ensuring smooth delivery from concept through to completion.

Your role will be hands-on and varied, with responsibilities including:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with clients across multiple projects
  • Designing technical production approaches aligned with creative briefs
  • Developing comprehensive technical specs and kit lists
  • Preparing risk assessments and method statements
  • Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and on-site operations teams
  • Liaising with external suppliers and rental partners when needed
  • Scheduling and managing freelance technical crews
  • Overseeing on-site installations and ensuring flawless live delivery
  • Managing budgets and tracking production costs throughout

About You
We're looking for someone with a solid grounding in live event technical production, ideally gained within an AV supplier or creative production agency.

You'll be comfortable working directly with clients, confident creating technical documentation, and experienced in managing technical delivery in a variety of venue types—especially across London's unique event spaces.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, loves problem-solving, and wants to grow within a fast-moving, creative environment. You will also require good experience and understanding of historic venues across London.
