Vacancy: SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Colliers Wood, SW19

Salary: OTE £55k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in Colliers Wood.

We are looking for a fabulous, multi-skilled dynamic individual to fill this role but experience in a single discipline and a desire to learn will also be considered.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Sales and / or Lettings. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently as well as working as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

The Company: Our client is long established Independent Sales and Lettings agency that offer a wide range of property services with several offices across South West London.

Skills required for this Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:

Experience in Residential Sales and LettingsSuperb selling and negotiation skillsThorough knowledge of the lettings and sales processesHigh level of customer service skillsAn exemplary telephone mannerWell presented, ambitious and self-motivatedKnowledge of the Colliers Wood area helpfulFull UK Driving License essential Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
