With a strong reputation in the luxury real estate market, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing high-value property transactions, generating new business, and providing a seamless and professional service to clients. You will have a proven track record in residential property sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial valuation through to completion.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.

  • Negotiate sales transactions effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Provide a high standard of customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Stay up to date with local market trends and property values in St John's Wood and surrounding areas.

  • Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential property sales, preferably in the London prime market.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent knowledge of the St John's Wood property market and surrounding areas.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Full UK driving licence.
