Are you a proven sales professional selling into larger SME and mid-market customers (20 –200 users) — the kind of clients where you can make an immediate impact and actually see the difference you make?
If so, this one's worth your time. Our client is looking for a high performing self starting BDM to join the Sales Team, to hunt an secure new SME customers for their portfolio of Telecom and IT Managed Services. Responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, engaging with senior stakeholders and closing high value deals.

The Channel Sales Academy has been engaged by a multi-award-winning MSP to find a Business Development Manager who will help grow their Telecom, IT, Mobile and Connectivity customer base across the UK large SME & mid-market.
What You'll Do
- Win and develop new customers (20–200 users)
- Work directly with business decision-makers, presenting and demonstrating products and services.
- Sell real-world solutions — not endless "roadmap" promises.
- Have the autonomy to shape your territory, approach, and outcomes.
What You Bring
- Proven success selling into SME or mid-market clients. (20 to 200 Users)
- Experience across Telecoms, IT, Cloud, Mobile, or Managed Services.
- A consultative approach — able to talk outcomes, not just 'flog' products.
- Drive, positivity, and the ability to make things happen.
This isn't a "smash and grab" sales job.
It's for someone who wants to grow alongside a business that's scaling fast, investing in its people, and backing its top performers.
