Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Graduate to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in marketing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and analytics. You will gain valuable experience supporting marketing campaigns, creating content, and analysing performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse key marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and project management, to support integrated marketing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
