Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at the Key Stage 2 level; exposure to or experience in SEN education is highly desirable

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with colleagues, support staff, and parents to provide a comprehensive support system for each student
- Commitment to inclusive education with a willingness to personalize lessons and accommodate individual learning styles to promote student engagement and success
- Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
