- Foster relationships with students and their families, ensuring open lines of communication regarding student progress and well-being. Your support can extend beyond the classroom to help families navigate the challenges of education for children with SEN.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred, particularly in an educational setting. Understanding various learning difficulties and effective support techniques is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive education are essential. Your ability to connect with students and convey information clearly will enhance the learning experience for all.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learning needs, allowing you to respond effectively to the varying challenges students may face.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
