We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional and self-motivated Driver Assistant, to join our team at Glenmor.

The shift pattern for this role is working 3 days over Monday, Friday and Saturday, from 10am to 4pm.

The on target earning potential for this role is £15.63 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £13.13, plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• Planning and preparing our equipment and linen for every home on both departure and refresh days and the subsequent transportation across Glenmor to each home
• Delivering delicious morning bakery orders to our guests' homes
• Actively participating in our changeover days communication briefings, discussing and planning the business for the day ahead, setting us up for success
• Taking regular stock counts and making weekly safety checks of our equipment
• Making sure all communications are clear and placed in the handover for your driver colleagues for the following days
• Carrying out vehicle checks on our vans, swiftly reporting any damage or areas of concern to your Manager
• Removing relevant items from homes from previous guest requirements and replacing with the bespoke requirements of our arriving guests
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Enthusiastic, conscientious and highly productive, you know what great customer service looks like and you're dedicated to delivering this
• You hold a full UK driving licence
• Flexible and a stickler for efficient timekeeping, you can work independently and equally, as a key member of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual
