We are currently seeking a technically adept, analytical and responsive Maintenance Manager to join our Glenmor team.

Glenmor is our seasonal ownership village with seven-night or short break luxury family lodges to buy or rent. With its own lochans, woodland walks and cosy cafe, 'The Tryst', Glenmor is a secluded rural getaway. With two, three or four en-suite bedrooms, each Glenmor home offers space, luxury and privacy, as well as all the advantages of the Glorious Playground just a stone's throw from your luxury holiday lodge.

The on target earning potential for this role is £44,384 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £39,384, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Change over days at Glenmor are Friday, Saturday and Monday so weekend working is involved, covering at least once a month, plus holiday cover.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• Coordinating and implementing planned maintenance efficiently and to the highest standard, absolutely minimising disruption to our guests, coordinating with our Housekeeping colleagues to ensure all works are executed and finished to the highest standards
• Developing, recording and maintaining routine maintenance PPM schedules, statutory compliance tracking and continually looking for and identifying areas for improvement
• You'll be responsible for the checking of our homes as our guests depart and taking the necessary action to ensure the appropriate action is taken to resolve any identified issues
• Planning and managing refurbishment projects at the detailed planned periods of 3yrs/5ys/7yrs/10yrs; working with contractors to ensure intricate planning, budgetary and completion targets are met
• Conducting thorough snagging checks on all maintenance projects to ensure every detail meets our exacting standards
• Coordinating and scheduling contractors, ensuring full compliance with our quality expectations and health safety protocols
• Responding promptly and efficiently to urgent maintenance calls, resolving issues with minimal disruption to our members and guests
• Diagnosing and resolving minor repair issues quickly and effectively, maintaining the smooth running of our spaces at all times
• Ensuring all team members are fully aware of Health and Safety legislation and procedures, ensuring they carry out, and adhere fully, to risk assessments
• Compiling and keeping up to date all contractor files to include RAMS, insurances and any other HS legislation.
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• You're a qualified tradesperson with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for maintaining beautiful spaces
• Hands-on, reliable, and solutions-focused, you'll take pride in keeping every corner of Glenmor running flawlessly and looking its best
• Identifying technical and maintenance issues, addressing and resolving these, are second nature to you; you have more than textbook knowledge
• You have practical hands-on experience, and this technical expertise allows you to make the right judgment calls and perform the correct technical solutions; you apply your training to repair and fix problems fast and efficiently
• A great problem solver, you assess situations properly, make good judgment calls and act quickly; you have strong analytical skills as well as great IT skills
• Working under pressure, and making quick decisions in highly stressful situations, are second nature to you; you're also results-orientated, and delivery-focused with fantastic attention to detail
• You ensure a flexible and adaptable approach in line with business needs, delivering outstanding customer service, both internally and externally
• Continuous learning is important for you, and you're able to adapt and systematically move your scope from detail to broader risks and issue management
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
