**Guest Experience Coordinator **to join our Glenmor team. The aim of our Glenmor team is to take care of our guests before and during their stay, doing everything they can to create the most memorable and bespoke experiences.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- You’ll ensure every step of our guests’ stay is smooth and memorable from planning, to arriving with us, all the way through to their departure
- Making sure all homes are beautifully set and completely ready for our guests arriving
- Advising our guests on the incredible range of activities and services across the estate, upselling as appropriate and making the required bookings and reservations
- You’ll play a key role in the running and execution of our weekly arrivals meeting
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for**:

- Ideally, you’re currently established in a similar role within Hospitality, with a great track record of customer service achievements; you’re also adept with the key software packages for our industry, in particular Opera PMS
- Your attitude and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time
- Fantastic at thinking on your feet, remaining calm under pressure and dealing with conflicting priorities are second nature to you
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
