My client, an Enterprise Data SaaS scale up who have recently closed their Series B, are hiring for Solution Engineers.

They are a data commerce platform that empowers organizations to package, collaborate, and deliver data products at scale. Customers rely on them to unlock the value of their data—whether that's internal activation or external monetization—by providing a secure, governed, and frictionless experience for data consumers.

This role will play a critical part in enabling customers to adopt and expand their use of the product by helping them integrate the platform into their existing technology ecosystem and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

● Partner with customers to design and implement tailored solutions on the platform.

● Lead technical onboarding and integration planning with customer engineering and data teams.

● Provide hands-on support for implementation, including configuration, API usage, and authentication methods (e.g., SSO, data access controls).

● Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers explore innovative ways to use the platform.

● Collaborate with internal teams to surface customer needs and contribute to product improvements.

● Create reusable documentation, solution patterns, and reference architectures to scale best practices.

● Support the sales and customer success process with technical expertise and guidance.

What we are looking for:

● Experience as a solution architect, technical consultant, sales engineer, or similar role.

● Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise data ecosystems.

● Familiarity with modern data architectures, APIs, and data exchange patterns.

● Comfort engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

● A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
