Working within the Electrical Industry in a fast paced & dynamic environment a role has become available for an Internal Account Manager.

Experience within the industry is not essential, however experience working in a fast paced environment in a similar position is desirable.

This would suit an individual who thinks quickly, has exemplary customer services skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Help customers via email, phone and manage quotations.
  • Develop existing relationship with accounts & develop new business.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track accounts.
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
