We're looking for Trainee Architectural Spray Painters to join our growing on-site spraying team.

Who we are

We're a well-established commercial spray painting contractor with over 25 years in the industry and an excellent reputation nationwide. We specialise in on-site spray coatings to aluminium framework, cladding, roof and structural steel etc on large commercial projects.

We take pride in doing things well: excellent training, suitable equipment, strong site standards, and a team who all take great satisfaction from delivering high quality finishes.

The role

This is an entry level position designed for someone who wants to learn a specialist trade from the ground up.

You'll work alongside experienced sprayers and be trained in:

  • Surface preparation and masking
  • On-site spraying techniques (under supervision)
  • Using specialist equipment and commercial materials
  • Working safely and professionally on live construction sites

As your skills grow, so will your responsibility, confidence, and earning potential.

What we're looking for

You don't need prior spraying experience — we'll train you. What matters most is attitude.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Keen to learn and happy to take instruction
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Comfortable working on construction sites and occasionally working away
  • Interested in developing a long-term skill, not just short-term work

Requirements:

  • CSCS card (or willing to obtain before starting the role - we can support you in this)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to work away from home when required (we are based in Manchester and a lot of work is situated in the North West, but we do operate nationally)
