**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble and fabricate components as required.
- Utilise basic maths skills for measuring areas and calculating paint quantities.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
- Assist in welding tasks when required, contributing to the overall fabrication process.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to painting and fabrication tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience in painting techniques with attention to detail for high-quality finishes.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to assemble components as part of the fabrication process.
- Experience in welding is a plus but not essential.
