Lenovo is seeking a talented
EMEA Partnerships Media Operations Sr. Specialist
to join our EMEA Media Center of Excellence (COE). This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with geo and country marketers, functional COEs, and creative and media agencies to develop and implement strategies tailored to the EMEA markets.

In this position you are a strategic thinker who can lead the EMEA partnership strategy while also managing the media in-housing roadmap and process. You will be responsible for scaling media in-housing capabilities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the activation agency to drive Lenovos marketing and business objectives across the EMEA region. You will be reporting to ourSr. Manager for Media Planning.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage key media, AdTech, and MarTech partnerships across EMEA, including negotiating agreements and leading Joint Business Partnerships (JBPs) and performance reviews.
  • Media In-housing: Lead the roadmap for scaling in-house media capabilities, working closely with external agencies and internal teams to integrate efficient planning and buying processes.
  • Performance Innovation: Monitor partnership performance, align with EMEA KPIs, and drive continuous improvement by leveraging industry trends and insights.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with business units and regional stakeholders to align strategies, ensure compliance, and support smooth execution of joint initiatives.

Your Professional Experience

  • Experience in digital media strategy, planning, and buying, with a focus on the EMEA region.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships and joint business agreements within a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging AdTech and MarTech solutions to drive digital media strategy. Comprehensive knowledge of emerging media trends within EMEA, including connected TV, OTT, and digital out-of-home.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, particularly in coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in media planning and buying platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk). Experience with media metrics, attribution methodologies, and digital channel optimization.

Tools And Methods

  • Expertise in digital media platforms and tools related to media planning, attribution, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with taxonomy development, DSPs/DMPs, CDPs, and Clean Rooms.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
